Baking Instructions
Add 5ml Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 Eggs, 200g Full Fat Greek Style Yogurt and 100ml Warm Water to a stand mixer and mix. Then add 225g (half of this packet) of Panda Mix to the stand mixer and mix for 7 minutes. Shape the dough and place in a 6" circular tin or a 2lb loaf tin. Score the top with a knife three to four times. Bake for 70 minutes at 160°C. Not suitable for a breadmaker.
