Ingredients:
Resistant tapioca starch (74%), white wine (contains sulphites), extra virgin olive oil, bamboo fiber, golden flax flour, corn starch, inulin, salt, xanthan, flavourings.
In creating our products, we use resistant starch from tapioca. Resistant starch is not processed by digestive enzymes but is fermented in the intestine, therefore it is a real dietary fiber.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat sources.
